Nationalism, Persecution and Repatriation of the Rohingya

For Kazi Fahmida Farzana, the Rohingya refugee crisis —including the mass exodus that followed clashes in Rakhine state in 2017— is a clear consequence of extreme nationalism in Myanmar and long-standing policies that have sought to remove citizenship rights from the minority group.
